• Should be affluent with containers.
• Experience with building software with nosql database as a persistence layer is an edge
• Expertise in backend programming of web applications is an edge

3.  For Decision Makers:

• 05 to 10 years of experience with multiple platforms, web server/application servers, databases, web technologies, object oriented programming languages
• Strong experience in customer facing environment
• Proven ability to drive complex customer problems to closure by working with cross functional teams
• Provide leadership and direct supervision of employees, including hiring, coaching/mentoring and guiding team members (day-to-day, hands-on leadership)
